  1. I think he's been rehearsing that answer since the day he was hired. Wisers Clap to you Osh. 🧐
  2. I know what you mean. I told my wife that if I died during the last game. I hope they win otherwise it would have been for naught.
  3. I honestly don’t understand the streveler love on here. He’s a gadget QB not a #2.
  4. Same with me. I live on the south west side of Calgary and easily a foot of snow.
  5. I am fully completely on the Collaros train. I understand the injury concern but any player can go down with injury. I would really like to see what Mcguire can do as a #2.
  6. I'm not looking for anything like the Dyson Cam (the old timers will remember) but I hope the refs keep Lawrence under control and call the cheap stuff he pulls numerous times during the game. He's got away with so much crap this season that I'm sure he just thinks it's normal.
  7. While stats can make your point or opinion look correct. I base my opinion on watching every CFL game (minus 10 that I missed while on vacation) and I see many receivers on the list above that are better play makers than Adams. Don't get me wrong I like Adams but he's not shown he's a #1 receiver yet. Ellingson is a perfect example of a receiver that makes the contested catch more often than not. Is he more skilled than Adams? I don't think so but Ellingson for lack of a better term, tries harder to make the catch. He also times his high point to perfection. So yes I stand by my opinion
  8. Hall? I agree the defence has had their ups and downs but the defence is just fine. No reason to get rid of Hall.
  9. Brian Burnham and Eric Rodgers. Just two examples of top tier #1 receivers. They consistently make the difficult catches that extend drives. That's what you want in a #1 receiver. I wasn't comparing Adams and Lawler. I just said that one showed more potential than the other.
  10. If you want to be considered a top #1 receiver. You have to show consistency and make the contested catch. IMO Lawler shows more potential.
  11. I don't think it has anything to do with their playing days. Most players (except Angelo Mosca) let the on field stuff go. I believe the animosity is based on DB's outspoken comments about the team.
  12. Is this the end of the CFL road for Duron Carter? I believe it is. Has there ever been an more overrated player? See ya Duron...tonnes of talent but lack of heart.
  13. I'm not sure why Streveler would leave, assuming the Bombers want him back. There isn't a CFL team that are offering him a starters job.
  14. How about this. Let TEP die and have the Bombers adopt MBB and financially support it so we can have the best of the best.
  15. Demski sure looked like he had some open real estate on a couple of them.
  16. Where are you getting this from? Is it your own opinion or have you heard something from a credible source? I personally don't see him getting any interest from the NFL.
  17. Possibly so but I get the feeling he really likes it here and seems to like playing for Osh.
  18. Couldn't agree more. A couple of years ago I wrote an email to the league that the officials should have a designated area on the field where they could talk without the players yelling in their ears. It would be a box or circle where the players couldn't enter and if they did they would be assessed a unsportsmanlike penalty.
  19. True but your back up must be capable to run the entire playbook with a certain level of success. Unfortunately Streveler can't. Maybe McGuire?
  20. I was born a few weeks before and my Dad went to the game. They took the train there and back and were gone for over a week. I'm not so sure many wives today would agree to it.
  21. When was the last time we had a suitable back up? One that could come in for the #1 and not skip a beat?
  22. Imagine your team intercepts the ball and return it to the opponents 36 yard line. Here's your opportunity to put the game away and your OC pulls your #1 QB and puts in the second stringer. Two plays later you're now at the 38 yard line and settle for a field goal and give the opponents another chance. What OC would in his right mind do that?
