No worries... It's one of the great ironies that two bitter rivals (Bell and Rogers) are in bed together with MLSE.... But $$$ trumps all.

Is MLSE not tied in with ESPN (Bell)? I swore they were but absolutely could be wrong.

This one in particular is interesting as many of us were pleading to have Haba get more time last year... And hopefully he's on pace to break through this year....

I will take this a step further, now that I'm working in advertising sales... I would bet that Bombers sponsors have a package that includes ____ number of appearances at their business per year...

It's so frustrating how they play to the lowest common denominator. Always beating you over the head instead of letting you figure it out for yourself. I get that's what network TV is but it's increasingly difficult with the advent of quality prestige streaming.

I know... There's a bit of a chicken and egg situation with this. You can definitely argue that there's not enough demand because TSN hasn't created demand. I'm not sure who's totally right but this just feels like one of those "it's too small of a league in too small of a country" type things. I'm not sure the money will ever be there to justify it no matter what. What you really need is some top level people in both Bell and the major advertiser types like Tim's, Canadian Tire, etc, to be big CFL fans and make it happen...

It's expensive to produce a live broadcast of anything. If they don't have the viewership to command and dollars, they can't justify the cost of production. It sucks for us, but CFL+ doing it with just in house video feeds is the cheapest possible thing they can do. There's just not enough CFL diehards out there.

The Mark Critch impression of Rex is more important than Rex. So unfortunate how he became a true wack job in recent years.

Apparently Oliveira and Demski on the Injured Veterans List to start camp. Osh says they're gonna give them extra time to be ready but that they're not worried about them.
