  1. They're aren't a lot of battles to be had IMO. Biggest one is probably DT and that's not always something easily seen by a layman at practice. If Wilson can't go it's honestly probably just Clements unless someone else blows the doors off.
  2. Every time I hear about loblaws saying they're not gouging because their profit margins haven't changed... go **** yourselves, you're making billions while people are struggling. You can take a hit on the profit.
  3. Yes Mr. Pollievre. That's why we see global inflation. Because the Canadian government prevented people from going homeless and businesses from shutting down during the pandemic. It's not war in Ukraine putting stress on global good supplies, it's not a loss in productivity because of all the shutdowns, its not blatant corporate greed.
  4. I really dislike the comparisons to the 80s going on. The world was a very, very different place than it is now. The difference in the price of houses alone makes even a slight bump in interest rates that much more significant. The economy was built on cheap debt, with that cheap debt I dunno how it keeps going.
  5. Was click bait and it's annoying.
  6. Yeah it's not the prime rate, it's when people renew. You locked in at like 1.5% or whatever ridiculously low rate before the rate hikes you're going to jump to 5,6,7% on your renewal.
  7. Yeah but the last guy to do it was a great receiver and it's only happened 4 times. It's not something a very good receiver can accomplish.
  8. There's always some dipshit American believes the crap about the cfl being bush league.
  9. I just don't understand why people think a guy who's only career has been pointing out what others are doing wrong is fotnto lead anything.
  10. So this one time in university...
  11. But he is less accurate than Alex Brink
  12. you mean I really can be an athlete?
  13. I don't believe you. People look down on those who lack confidence. But confidence isn't the same thing as never changing your mind.
  14. A guy so well regarded Stephen Harper appointed him as Governor General.... yeah that guy ain't a partisan no matter how loudly Milhouse screams about it.
  15. It's totally the "I'm sorry you are offended" apology and clearly think if she just explains it better people will agree. ******* morons gonna wreck the whole province .
  16. Oh I don't know that they've shifted anything. Pretty sure they're still riding the hate express with regards to immigrants and Muslims too. If we could tap into their hate as an energy source we'd have unlimited energy.
  17. All the bickering about Grant... did any reporter actually ask oshea about it? If not reporters bad. If they did and oshea didn't answer then he is just being secretive
  18. She is one of the take back alberta candidates. Pretty sure anyway. These are the types of people they want running the province.
  19. I don't want a leader who will confidently March people in the wrong direction. I want people who will listen and can admit when they were mistaken. Changing your mind isn't weakness, it's being a rational person.
  20. Ok someone who is good at that sort of thing needs to add the bell clip into this instead of moleman
  21. Faj still holding onto the press clippings from a few years ago I see. Poor guy doesn't get that his problem us that teams know what he can and can't do and have gameplanned to force him be a passer from the pocket and that's where it all falls apart
  22. I had to snap at my father in law on the weekend cause he's on team blue because orange lady bad.
  23. Do you know how many John Barrons there are out there? But the guy us totally legit!
  24. Which riding specifically is it? Sadly south east calgary is the most blue and despite being a useless tool the guy in Calgary South East will likely get re-elected. Which is a shame because the NDP candidate is someone I have had work dealings with and he seems a thoughtful guy who tries to be pragmatic. Exactly the sort of person I would want in government.
