I don't know why the hell we blitz and go cover 0 on 2nd and 8 vs a QB who can't pass. Let him rot in the pocket and force him to make tight throws. Don't leave pitch and catch routes like that available.

Bede filled in at punter but his inconsistency there has made him a liability in that role. Worst net on punts and kickoffs his whole career. Yes, huge leg. Had a great FG year in 2023. Year before he was under 80%. Inconsistent. He missed a 31 yard FG in that Ottawa game too. 2 points that would have made a difference at 0:00.

Yeah the whole sequence there should have brought them down to 0 by 3rd down. Really poor game management all around. Also should have had Bede HAMMER the kickoff and force Ottawa to make a play to avoid the game winning rouge.

I think Parker is going to need some help to get on the roster. If anything he’ll be the extra DB. Too unreliable with the injuries.

Doesn’t look to me like Bighill has had the thought on losing weight. Looks like he’s had the opposite thought on building bulk. But he’s basically a nose tackle in his current shape.

Everything I’ve heard is Lawson, Schoen and Wheatfall are done for the season.

I don’t even care about that one. Sometimes it’s useful to rub the refs noses in it and get their heads in the game. Think you gotta challenge that potential PI to put you on the 1 yard line.

How much did Streveler play today? Think you need focus on getting passing game going around starting QB. Collaros is best option. Can do some stuff with Streveler but it’s just going to be change of pace. It’s not easy on whole offense to go one series one guy, one series another guy in. You can only script so many plays, there’s always an adjustment to cadence and all that too. Streveler is a pretty dedicated backup QB so he works hard on keeping it consistent to what starting QB does.

Best thing they did on O was mix in screens and back off the vertical shots. Still could scale that down about 10 more percent. Use it as a chance to open up space but not a key part of the offense. Really struggle to prepare for blitz on a ton of snaps…almost need to prescribe it for Collaros with the smoke/tunnel screens.

Going for it here if I want to win the game.

Jefferson looks like he’s played 5 quarters and it’s only halftime. You’d get twice as many plays from him in half as many snaps.

Good example today of feast or famine for Ford. Stops moving his feet and it’s big plays for the Stamps leading to 2 TDs. Gotta learn to track the ball without stopping.
