Shuffling the same management after a bad season doesn’t usually work. Just muddies the waters and creates more conflict. I’d laugh pretty hard if they had to clean house and rebuild again after they got crowned so early by the media this year.

Could be, I certainly wouldn’t be shocked. It just seems way early for it to be a foregone conclusion.

Not a Grey Cup goes by without a rumour of someone leaving the Bombers. I’d wait and see on this one. Remember last year Walters was for sure leaving? Or MOS was going to get poached by Edmonton to be GM/HC after 21? I mean, losing Buck would be far less detrimental than those guys but the point remains.

That would be a good move, just don’t want to see Clercius coming off, he’s been so solid at everything.

Obviously guys are playing with this or that by this point in the season, but that’s a remarkably healthy roster.

I’m glad he won it now I’m turning off this godawful production.

It’s so odd to hear a different announce team each half for the 84 cup. Too bad most of the big plays happened in the first half and Wittman had the second.

At least there’s stripes on the pants I guess, though the gold colour doesn’t match the gold on the helmet/jersey. Stripe-less pants look like dance leotards. I actually prefer the gold on the pants stripes over the flat khaki-ish shade they use now, I wish they’d use it on the regular gold pants too.

Pajama Game

Same, there hasn’t been a Grey Cup game in my daughter’s life without the Bombers in it. She’s only 3, but she was as into the west final as much as any kid that age could possibly be, including insisting on wearing a Bomber shirt and asking me “We don’t like the green guys, right Dad?”

Right, so no one’s going to throw him in jail. If his actions prove him to be a disrespectful ****, the organizations that allow him to play a game for a living can choose to show him the door.

That’s a shitty enough action to lose him his job imo.

I expect their fanbase to have an abnormal of non-reality based confidence, no surprise. The Rider players and media though, Christ almighty. I don’t remember an underdog team saying so many stupid things in the media before a playoff game. Trevor Harris publicly buying his parents plane tickets to the GC and Mr. November AJ Ouelette being 2 examples. They were a slightly above average team that got lucky with a boatload of turnovers, kind of like the 2016 Bombers minus an actual All-star RB.

Heard another one after the grounding call ”The running back was right ****** by you” I don’t think MOS likes the Tim Kroker crew all that much.

Yeah If anything the only really questionable call by the refs went against us, the Intentional Grounding.
