Too bad for WWE fans but the way he was used made little sense.

I guess Ambrose is gone as I never saw him on Raw. Not even in any storylines, now.

Looking for memories of 1991 Grey Cup week/festivities/hoopla etc.
I always thought Dunigan had a broken collarbone which I think is a helluva lot worse than a separated shoulder. Not that the first injury is a picnic, either.

Can you name me one player from that league?

How could anyone hate John Candy? It was impossible.

Hopefully no qbs. They were dreadful.

If there was a high road & an easy road then Johnny will take the easy one every time. He won't put in the work. He has little or no work ethic. Now the AAF might fold tomorrow. Only one league left & it's a year away.

He shouldn't have treated your son like that. Too bad.

Around the League: 2019 Off Season
Yeah, they were practically given a championship because of the rules of the Expansion Draft. Then Desjardins mocked the Bombers. We can mock them because we are Bomber fans but if another fanbase or douchey GM does then that's fighting words. I feel exactly the way you do.

I think so. Coaching in this country at the high levels is such a small community. From the reaction of Rick Campbell who says he was duped by Elizondo, he may have hurt his future chances at employment in the CFL. Campbell has friends. I'd say he's probably headed back to U Sports.

Why the need to be resource producing when Trudeau can tax Canadians to death. Literally & figuratively.

Around the League: 2019 Off Season
If they can't get government support or afford to build a proper stadium then why bother? I think what's happened now is Randy Ambrosie is in this so deep & has taken the CFL along with him that to back off now would be a major black eye to both him & the CFL. So, they'll just forge ahead & damn the torpedos. They'll handle a financial crisis when it occurs so no sense worrying about it now. I just can't see this team competing for free agents or for them to ever sell out consistently. We'll be seeing crowds of 16,000 at their home games & the team will be another burden to the other 8 teams. I didn't include Toronto as they're already a burden to everyone else. Ambrosie is talking about a LDW Coast Bowl with the Lions. They must be thrilled knowing they'll be forced to fly 2/3 of the way to London over 5 time zones to play that game against an opponent who'll never be a serious rival.

Funny how Frosty says that no one wants higher oil prices at the pump when the federal carbon tax is set to take effect tomorrow. We're all paying more thanks to progressives like Trudeau & Notley & if Frosty thinks it's bad now just wait until 2022. The only ones I see not upset & happy to pay a carbon tax are mostly single, young Millennial progressives that drink the orange or red kool aid of the NDP & Liberals. The low income, the fixed income seniors on CPP or the disabled, young families will all suffer. Governments are all taking their piece of our wallets & don't even apologize for it. While Trudeau flies around the world on private jets taking expensive holidays, going to unnecessary global UN conferences or hanging out with his friends the political elites in Europe & New York. We pay & pay & pay more.

I didn't think there was any more ways to do a stadium on the cheap but they sure found it. We'll fund it for 12,000 seats & you guys do the rest. Just add another 14,000 seats. Four thousand of those temporary. Ambrosie will give them a Grey Cup as well. A 26,000 seat Grey Cup. The smallest since the mid 1950's.

What are you talking about?

Absolutely. Trudeau is hell bent on shutting down the energy industry.

It's not the saving but a lack of caring. When 2,500 jobs were lost in Oshawa by GM closing the plant down, there's Andrew Scheer playing to the voters in Ontario demanding & getting an emergency sitting of the H of C. Even though there's nothing any politician could have done as GM's corporate mind was already made up. That emergency sitting has never occurred for the energy workers & others in subsidiary industries where people lost their jobs in BC, Alberta & Saskatchewan. Why because the Conservatives know they still have the votes in Western Canada & Trudeau doesn't care as he knows The West is a wilderness for the federal Liberals.
