During the AB provincial election, the NDP released a video of a speech Jason Kenney made in San Francisco at some Youth Conservative meeting about his views on gay rights. He was very much against gay rights in this speech made circa 1989. The video was released & people just went WTF?? This is a 30 year old video. Kenney was in his 20's at the time. In response, he said his views had changed & were no longer relevant. Instead of hurting Kenny & his Conservatives, the reaction of the public was that people change & it was over. It was a controversy for a day or 2. It made the NDP look desperate.

Trudeau admitted it was racist & said sorry. Again, I go back to the Liberals releasing an old video of Andrew Scheer on his views of same sex marriage. Looks like the Liberals played with fires & got their fingers burned today.

Well for me, I've seen enough of Trudeau to last me a lifetime. His father at least had a brain in his head. I didn't like his father but I at least had some respect for him. I can't say that about his son.

Socialists tax & spend. Taxes continue to go up. Everything is more expensive. Social program spending is up with no concern about ongoing debts & deficits. No idea when the budget balances. Political wedges across this country & Trudeau plays one region against the other. I think this country is in a lot of trouble & it's just going to get worse.

I would say that under Chretien & Martin, yes. Under Trudeau, I'd disagree. Big business & big money wouldn't have killed our O & G industry & have us mired in the TMX fiasco. Or brought in a carbon tax. Like Trudeau has done.

Stamps fans need about five straight non playoff seasons to teach them to be humble. There used to be quite a few psychotic Stamps fans there as well. One Stamps poster would change his name daily. Then trash every other team & players in the CFL. His signature was always saying "historic McMahon Stadium" at some point in every post rather than calling it the dump that it is. I used to subscribe to 3DN. Got tired of the Fan Boyz articles & dip **** Stamps fans & cancelled well over a year ago.

So, will 3DN go the way of the Dodo Bird or will Justin Dunk take over? Rather than say it gave writers opportunities to be journalists, I found it became a platform for some Fan Boyz to have a pedestal. Who can forget that classic column where the Riders Fan Boy fantasized about what hockey positions the Riders should play. Then there are the goofball comments. To me, it lost all credibility when they allowed fans to trash the teams they hate the most.
