Is anyone into comics enough to know who Carmine Infantino was? A great artist who worked for DC Comics. Drew Superman & Batman. He died many years ago but he was my favourite comic artist. A brilliant artist. Comic artists never got the credit they deserved back then. I don't think it's the same today. RIP John Romita.

Reality is that you should always worry about your opponent to maintain that razor edge needed to win. The minute a team gets complacent is when injuries & losses happen. A coach once told me that you win & lose on 7 plays. If you make those plays you win as team. It was that new OC's call. What a dumbass. Dickenson was too worried about his field not lining up properly.... "Get back! Get back!!"

The thing is, he's never done this kind of thing before as a specialist. No qb goes to bed dreaming he'll be a short yardage in the CFL.

Did you see Dickenson\s reaction as TSN cut right to him as Harris was writhing in agony. He didn't even care his qb was hurt. Instead, telling his players on the field to "Get back!! Get Back!!" Didn't like the way they were lining up. What a strange response.

Just think how powerful we'll be when Lawler gets back... I've never said the word powerful before EVER... when describing any football offense. I've used words like explosive, dominant & exceptional. That's what we are, powerful. How do other defenses stop us??? Okay thanks but Locksley blew it. I have my doubts that Ford would do better than Cornelius. He missed nearly the entire season last year so he's really still a rookie.

They Elks have nothing else. Did you watch Ford on the goal line. Tippy toeing & running with no authority. He was a big part of why they couldn't score.

NFL expands its rosters. both game day & practice. 2. USFL 3. XFL There's less talent available now. Not just at qb but every position.

Piggy will improve with more practice. I remember Prukopp wasn't that great either when he first started doing short yardage. No one has played qb with the dream of doing short yardage.
