  1. Goosebumps watching that video. Teared up at the game when the final whistle blew and I tear up everytime I re-watch the game on pvr lol. Nichols speech was awesome. Really hope he feels he was as much a part of this Grey Cup as all the other guys. Im not his biggest fan but you can tell he loves it here and gives his all. How awesome would it be to win another one next year with Nichols at the helm?? Bought a blank away jersey so I could match the team at the Cup. I think im going to put Strevlaros 19 on it lol.
  2. Bailey is awesome. We stayed for an hour after the game and made our way down to the front row to highfive the players. He was the first guy to come over and stayed nearly 30 minutes with the fans. Every time someone handed him a phone he took a selfie with them and jumped up into the stands a few times for pics. He was a super nice guy and legit loves being a part of the team.
  3. Yup we rattled him early and he never recovered. I remember seeing him throwing off his back foot late in the 1st quarter and thinking "its over, weve got this".
  4. I think my favorite part of the entire game was the Hansen special teams hit. Dear lord. He torpedoes the guy blocking him into the returner for a double ti-cat annihilation. It was a beautiful thing. You could HEAR that hit.
  5. And true to my word, I missed the first 5 minutes of the game just like I did in the Calgary and Sask games. Actually I missed almost the entire first half live. After missing the first 5 minutes and us dominating, as I walked back up the stairs to my seat I could hear all my buddies yelling "no, go back, go back" lol. So I watched most of the first half on a tv near the concessions lol. Small price to pay, and youre all welcome lol!
  6. Stayed after the game and stood along the 1st row waiting for the guys to come around. Got to highfive Medlock, Bailey, Whitehead, Hardrick, and Collaros. Wade Miller too. He told all of us "great job guys, and thank you" with teared filled eyes. Great moment.
  7. That may have been the greatest 3 game defensive performance in CFL playoff history. 3 TD's allowed in 3 games, and if you take the last 2 quarters in Calgary, the entire Sask game, and the first 2 quarters in the Grey Cup, that's TWO ENTIRE GAMES with no TD's allowed!!! Unf'ingreal.
  8. Missed the first 5 minutes of the 1st quarter for both of our playoff games and weve won so.......Im going to the Cup and im legit going to wander the lower concourse for the first 5 minutes.
  9. Having said that, what a breath of fresh air that toss to Adams was when we were down inside our 5. I was prepared for a run up the middle with Harris for 2 yards followed by a 5 yard pass to Demski. I just cant imagine we attempt/make that play with Nichols under center.
  10. Im not a Nichols fan but i think his deep ball is probably fairly on par with Collaros. The difference being, i believe anyways, is that Nichols just doesn't take as many deep shots because he is so risk averse. Collaros is willing to take more chances and let his receivers make plays.
  11. Yup it was pretty amazing. I cant remember how many blatant holds I saw from their sad-sack o-line. There was one on Jake Thomas that was so obvious I couldn't believe my eyes. How those clown shoes could let some of those blatant holds go uncalled ill never know. I mean holds happen on pretty much every play but the egregious ones that lead to an RB being sprung(which is what happened on the Thomas hold), etc, need to be called consistently.
  12. No f'ing kidding. There must have been 10 guys on the line waiting for that obvious play. Man i wish Lapo had some balls because that would have been the absolutely perfect time to fake a handoff and throw it to a receiver running a quick little crosser over the middle of the field that would have been WIDE open . Then its game over.
  13. I don't think id ever get over that play if we had lost. Not even in my next life.
  14. I still cant believe Sayles didn't intercept that pass
  15. Hopefully Speller can get his snapping **** together.
  16. No kidding. A bunch of buddies are getting together to watch it, ive already told them I wont be there. I wasn't able to watch last weeks game so you gotta go with what works. Don't wanna jinx it. Lol.
  17. Yikes. I don't imagine that was from a Roman Candle lol.
  18. There is no way they would have rested Fajardo for no reason with first place on the line. He definitely has an injury. How it will affect him on sunday is the question.
  19. You don't believe Streveler's foot is injured?
  20. Oops, didn't realize you were coming from the U.S.
