Since we are all enjoying the game i was sitting here wondering if there are any teams that have more players that don't wear shields than the Jets.

He has lost a step and is not strong enough thus he takes a lot of penalties this year.

Edmonton's interest in Winnipeg would be Laine, Scheifele, Ehlers, and or Morrissey and they aren't gong anywhere. They wouldn't trade any young D, they learned there lesson. You just can't keep losing with this core eventually you have to make a decision, that decision would be do you fire the coach and try to keep these guys or do you keep the coach and get what you can for these guys and go full scale young prospects.

The Oilers are not trading Draisati, many consider him the second best player in that lineup, Jets have hard decision's coming up with Little, Wheeler and Enstrom.

At this point I would not protect Perreault, he can be replaced easily.

Buff - Trade him this year or his NMC kicks in Toby - Has lost a step gets out muscled and if there was a better option he would be gone Perreault - His extension hasn't even kicked in and there's probably buyers remorse Stafford - Has till the deadline or he walks for free If any get moved and I have my doubts then call ups from the Moose should start with Connor , Roslovic, and Lemieux, play them on a line even. Defence wise I don't know.

This team needs a redo from the top down, might be time to axe Maurice and cut some vets loose.

Anyone think the inmates are running the asylum, we had 2 head coaches one novice and one veteran and people have speculated that they tuned out Noel and are now tuning out Maurice. What will a new head coach achieve with the current core that will be different down the road ,if you get rid of Maurice which i think will happen at the end of the year your going to have to get rid of some of these vets who have been here since they came back to Winnipeg.

Goaltending doesn't get off the hook they have let in a least 1 weak goal against in there loses, also as we transition to a faster and quicker team did it surprise anyone that the Habs were that much quicker than we were.

Have to agree, defensively this team is all over the place bad pinches at the wrong time, getting cycled in our end and not covering the slot, bad puck handling by both goalie's and it just looks like Keystone Cops out there sometimes. Don't get me wrong we have talent in the back end but there's no structure back there and their break outs most times are horrible.

I think once we are eliminated and after the deadline everyone will get a chance.

I think we can all agree that the goaltending will have to be better next year, but our defensive play will have to improve and and the guys will have to show up every night. I'm not going to comment on the coaching that will take care of itself.

I don't know if I can take another 4 years of Buff's Jekyll and Hide play.

This game shows us the Jets are a long ways a way from becoming a good team, Habs are missing some real good players and playing a back up goalie and so far are having no problem beating us.

First 100 days should be very interesting.
