You’d be amazed how many old school baseball fans pitch track and score keep every game for their team just for fun.

Whether he plays kick cover or all the teams matters little. It’s still a heavily wasted di spot. We could get atleast comparable di value with basically any defensive player. burtenshaw as an ni would be more valuable as a roster spot as long as we don’t use Harrison on offense. Mack as a rotational defensive player and thrown into the same teams roles would be drastically better. with how thin we are at wr it’s mine boggling that we haven’t actually given him offensive reps. Maybe he isn’t picking up the ni game well or our playbook idk. we have frequently had confusing and low production roster choices at di in the mafia genre. It doesn’t cost us wins generally. But it is frustrating and confounding.

I like him as a person and as a player coach and even more as a tv guy. Just not as a play caller. He gets a whole lot of credit for the best ol in modern cfl history and one of the best rbs ever. It’s funny he was canned soo quick in his first pass here when sellers milt khari and blink had great production.

Or his actions might lead to some one taking him out. Guys like that frequently become targets too.

Idk if he’d a come if it was just an early pr try out for next year. We’ve been rostering one with out giving him much of any reps too. Might be he’s still raw but opportunities look plentiful. Really depends on how healthy our wr core is and how quick he picks up the Canadian game. We’ve got a ton of guys who can play but we’ve got lots of injuries too.

I’m sure it is. he looks small for a de even here but we do love to send one lber a lot. We have seen some small des do well like Montford and walls. Looks very versatile which is always great. Very hansen esq. haha no kidding his videos are super raw. Usually when some one is paid for it you get a halo over the player and better editing. The group of wrs we’ve scored this year has been incredible. Many very very good prospects haven’t made the cut and next to schoen he might be the next best prospect we’ve brought in this year. I hope if we roster him this year we use him better than we have Harrison.

Cooper put up blistering numbers at his pro day. 4.59 40 40" vert 10'2 broad jump 19 reps of 225. Looks taller and leaner than his listed weight. Looks like he was the most athletic guy on the field while at monmouth. Flashed a good 2nd gear in pursuit in the video, which goes great with that high motor. Love seeing a lber who can get back into plays with their speed. Looks like has good timing on blitzes and is much stronger than his size or reps show. He just out muscles bigger guys frequently. Small sample size and not great level of competition but its not hard to see what they like about this guy. It'll be interesting to see if he gets a chance to get on the roster this year with all our lber injuries. He could've put up monster numbers at a school that was more pass based, coastal runs heavy 2/3 option and RPO. Reminds me a good bit of kenny lawler. But not as polished with his hands or routes, and much quicker. He can make guys miss in a phone booth. Body catches a bit too much, but most of his passes were right on the numbers. Definitely has that ability to make the tough contested highlight type catches. More of a game time athlete than a testing freak like lawler as well. With his shiftiness and acceleration could end up in the slot too.

If all that amazingness transpires I think gray goes to 6th ol. He’s more versatile and better at te in heavy set than kola or Dobson. I could see us rolling 7 ol. Other wise I believe the back up center is Nuefeld but injured idk if he could snap the ball. It’s nice to be able to roll out 7 true ol too. Basically no defense can roll out a front with that kind of mass. You can go from shorty yardage to hurry up with the back up for strevy type packages.

The benefits especially. In the us that is nothing to sneeze at. Especially for old football players.

Crazy. He’s athletic as all get up but idk if he will develop the skills to fill a role.

Dd is the nastiest piece of business on a regular day. Pity the dl opposed to him. Unless it’s Marino. good for kongbo and streveler. Though honestly I think streveler is best off on another teams pr. I hope he gets a real shot.

Oh damn. If we get ba and couture back that’s a power shift. always a question with this kind of injury. Man I hope he’s good old ba. A bomber win is inevitable with all these guys back.

This must be a record for the number of trades in a year for the cfl. but it seems like the same dumpster fires are just moving none impactful pieces around most of the time. Bc has just been throwing crazy money around trying to get good. Plus with out starting qb money on the books going into this year they spent extra else where. sucks for Kenny. I don’t blame him for jumping at that insane payday.

According to 3dn in the off season woody baron got 200k and stove got a deal that would’ve paid him 160k. Both have been on the 6 game all year. They also reported that vajs hard money this year was 390k but that his base was only 187k and that he got a 190k signing bonus.

Dark days. But long past. The amount of series sweeps and back to back home and away wins this team has had in the dynasty era doesn’t leave me with any worry.

Expecting respect for a 3rd place rider team that’s on the fringe of the cross over or missing the play offs on LD vs a bomber team with 1 loss and two back to back championships is pretty silly. also any bomber fan will know full well that this bomber team doesn’t take any team lightly. Aiming for 1-0 every week. We’ve handled the riders for a few years now when they’ve been healthy. Now they have a banged up qb and have still failed to build an ol. The only thing their d or really their team is good at is pass rushing. Prukop and brown could beat these guys.

Doesn’t mean much. The riders kept trying to buy ol failing then watching them leave and succeed else where. he got cut out of camp here because of we had drake Nevis stove and Jake. Then he played 1 game in Montreal. He was very good in the year he was here.

Right now I’d say Danny mac is the best us scout in the cfl. every team in the league should go after him if he’s available. That’s a guy you could give elite wr money for a very long time. Best guard in the league by a mile. a guy who can step in and play any role you want him to in the cfl including nose. It’d be damn hard to find a better option than Bryant at dt mid season. plus not only does he have cfl experience, he has fifo experience. Find a better guy who fifos and that’ll be a real feat.

Can you imagine if we got Bryant kongbo and desjarlais back? We’d be laughing. Streveler is a perfect fit for that offense. His legs supplement their lack of a run game and their ol.
