Bottom line, I don't think the big cigs running this league understand how bad the officiating is in the league due to a lack of bringing up the proper refs through the ranks and training them in. Also, to the point of what someone said, if the head refs can't keep their staffs together throughout the year, that to me is a problem and should be changed back to what it was, or something to keep from disjunctions In the field calls. I mean, I'd think officials work as a team just as much as players do and this current method must be stopping it. But on top of that, if you're gonna keep adding rules or amendments to the rules, you had better get your refs up to speed on those and they aren't.
