WIlly seems to have a lot of composure for a rookie QB. I sit behind the Bombers bench for all games. Gene Dahlquist is on the sidelines every game, somewhat involved in chatting with Willy, but not a lot. After scoring plays, Willy gets on the headset presumably talking to Marcel. Buck is never on the sidelines, he's in the booth with Marcel.

July 6, 201411 yr Gene is one of the greatest QB coaches the nfl ever saw. There is no doubt he has helped guide DW. And as everyone else said Buck is the RB coach up int the box.
