Just to put this playoff nonsense to rest.... Nashville has 83 points... tied with St Louis.. st Louis is 3rd in the central. Nashville is the last wild card team. Jets have 73 points and what including tonight 9 Gamez remaining... let's assume Nash and ST Louis only win 3 more games... it will be more... but 3 more wins gives them 89 points. .. jets if they win out can only hit 91 points. 

No playoffs

Beyond comprehension to see Laine-Little-Ehlers as our third line...  Laine just looks like all his energy has been drained by Maurice's overthinking.

Laine didn't tail off until Maurice split him and Scheif...  before that he was on pace for a point a game.

He looks lost on the RHD on the powerplay... no chance of a one timer - but that's Maurice's strategy... so I guess its working. ha

Good 1st period for the most part. Fast pace. Tanev doing what he does pasting the opposition into the boards.

Pretty happy.

Really? Cuz he's a goalie and other guys serve his penalty for him 

Look at that, Laine back in his old spot and gets a goal

that's dumb. Why should they serve a goalie's punishment? 

Oh Nashville and St Louis both won tonight so yeah.... nail on the coffin for the Jets with 2 more losses or 2 more wins for Nash and St L

2nd Period

Hope everyone had a ******* Snickers during the break!

Wheeler showed up tonight.

5 min in, Jets controlling a lot of the 2nd period play but not many really good scoring chances.

Jets call a time out to give players on ice a rest.

Not sure if they showing a Gretzky goal or reaaallly bad Canucks goaltending.

Helle making up for bad D. Good 2nd period for him so far.

Bad Copp. Kings PP.

Whats up with Bishop, on his butt, frozen like a dear in headlights.

Jets hanging on, be lucky to leave second with a lead.

Not lucky unless its goaltender interferrence. 2-2.

3rd Period

Anyone's game. Our young legs need to come through.

Penalty to Morrissey. Fock. 3-2.

Little takes a penalty now. 4-2. For a late game it ended early.

Man our goal song sucks compared to just about every other city.

Buff and Morr both out of game with injuries.

The game however is stinky ...

I've turned the corner on Helle. He's awful. 

Everyone in the world knows he's weak Glove side. 

If only there was some sort of person who could be hired to work with Helle on his weaknesses. Someone to coach the goalie. Let's call it a goalie coach. 

Flaherty can't be fired soon enough. They should leave him in Cali. 

The good thing is if, God forbid, Helle should ever suffer a catastrophic injury that resulted in the amputation of his left arm, he'd still be as effective a goalie as he is now. 

Lawless pushinf the idea of Fleury. Why on earth would Fleury come here and work with a goalie coach who has made every goalie he ever coached worse? 

Why is Laine on the point? Because Maurice is the smartest hockey guy in the world. Just ask him, he'll tell you.
