  1. Can't discount that he knows Zach too. Hell maybe he'll bring Hardy with him as a bonus
  2. Agree. Whether he is great or not he's a huge upgrade on Hogan. He'll at least have implemented a full CFL playbook.
  3. Got to say loving the guys the are coming back so far
  4. Hamilton doesn't list a GM, so maybe it is even with the same title name?
  5. Should roll with 2 Cdns on D with a rotation of Lawson, Shay, Smith, Kramdi, with Bailey as a global too.
  6. Where the hell do you think demand comes from for a football player? How could that not be tied to number of touches and impact on the game?
  7. Mike's post above hit the nail on the head. Drop the deadweight Cdn's making that much and I have no issue paying top $ for Brady.
  8. To be fair there are 45 starting receivers and 9 starting RBs. About 18 starting Cdn receivers, vs really just 1 starting Cdn RB. Cdns get paid in the CFL
  9. If the team is paying Brady this much then they need to lean into an offense focused through him and take advantage of having a Cdn RB by playing another American on offense. Either go three American Olineman or play 4 American receivers. No need to trot out a crappy Cdn centre/guard or Cdn receiver that is no threat to do anything.
  10. Ya it's just gross. Way too much integration of sports and gambling now.
  11. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was tied to gambling. Lots of stories of athletes getting threats because some ******* missed his parlay.
  12. Truth is you have no idea whether the team made the decision to move on from Hogan or not but ALL indications are that they have by actively interviewing other people for the job. Some arbitrary deadline you make up in your head doesn't mean anything.
  13. His plan of chuck it up for Lawler got figured out
  14. He talks about it but there's no number in that article. Doesn't want to be top 3, so all the means is less than $600K. Big difference between $450K and $590K
  15. Where did you see terms for Hatcher? The drop from Demski to the next Cdn receiver on the roster is miles
  16. Toronto announced theirs as Mike Miller already. He's going to be OC and call the plays. Haven't announced the rest of the staff though if that is what you mean.
  17. https://3downnation.com/2025/12/02/head-coach-mike-miller-to-also-be-offensive-coordinator-rest-of-toronto-coaching-rest-unclear/ Looks like he will also be the Argos OC and play caller. Lots to take on as a new head coach that wasn't even the OC last year.
  18. Big money for Philpot https://3downnation.com/2025/12/02/montreal-alouettes-make-tyson-philpot-highest-paid-canadian-receiver-in-cfl/ Per three-down league sources, the Delta, B.C. native has received a $100,000 signing bonus as part of $275,000 in hard money for 2026. He will earn $285,000 in hard money in 2027, which includes a $100,000 base salary guarantee.
  19. He has signed a two year extension. He just had an NFL out clause.
  20. Didn't Chris Jones quit during his contract for a better job?
  21. That doesn't make sense to me. OSH only had one year left. Why would any coordinator contract exceed the head coach in length.
  22. I’m just glad they aren’t ignoring the problem and are looking to improve
  23. Clercius didn't really take a step forward this year. Nield is fine depth but wouldn't want him starting.
  24. Bombers didn't have 45 free agents all wanting a raise after those years. Ya Sask greatly benefited from a healthy Harris this year. That isn't the norm for him either.
