  1. Agreements for up to almost 400 million does for a country that needs about 76 million (based on a population of 38 million). Really good sales reps at those companies.
  2. "Crowding" in that situation should be minimal IF stores enforce the defined capacity limits. Hopefully it just means more waiting to get in.
  3. Please God yes. They shut them down Nov 12th @ 12:01am, I had an appointment for the 13th @ noon.
  4. This is why there was the fear of the virus getting into remote communities and First Nations, because it's like a shrapnel grenade going off in a phone booth. Not much different than PCH's - both are very vulnerable populations.
  5. Hope it was worth it for all those selfish f*cks.
  6. Wholeheartedly agree. Put any first year NFL QB in cold against the Rams D and see how they do.
  7. The “some” that say the Rams D is one of the best in the league is a guy named Statistics.
  8. Although in Manitoba the Premier is normally the first one to head south for the winter.
  9. Apparently they will have a dashboard up with that info soon.
  10. C'mon you guys, don't jinx it. 🤫
  11. Yowza... I know that Shamattawa is hit hard right now. Don't know if that is part of it, but you have to wonder if there is some targeted testing going on in other remote communities. Their previous daily high for new cases was 57, and that was almost a month ago.
  12. It is. Should be interesting to watch our friends to the south trample each other trying to get TV's at Target. I hope they're at least wearing masks while doing so.
  13. Don't recall them specifying that.
  14. Apparently one positive case had 85 close contacts. C'mon man...
  15. Maybe when less than 10 of their friends came over to the house for a visit? Just a thought.

  17. Of course it is. Remember who gets the profits from it...
  18. Just checked...we've now passed Saskatchewan for 5th place in total cases in Canada (behind Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and BC). C'mon Manitoba, let's get it together!
  19. Is that what the kids are calling it these days? 😜
  20. Point being...?
  21. Nice to see a low daily total - but geez, seems like not that long ago we were below 500 total cases and only 1 active.
  22. Mainly due to the run of huge daily counts (50+) from a couple of weeks ago being deemed as "recovered", but excellent news indeed.
  23. “A lot”? I think the bias caused by whatever Manitoba did to you is starting to take over your keyboard.
  24. A fair statement, however every jurisdiction seems to still be struggling with the whole issue of people not self isolating when they should be. It just seems that recently certain posters have painted Manitoba as the epicentre of COVID cases thanks to our surge in counts while failing to realize that other places are having issues too. Our #'s are lower than elsewhere for whatever reasons, but that's not arrogance. No one in Manitoba is saying "we've beaten this thing". No one.
  25. So you're saying that the higher test count is the primary reason why Alberta has about 10x the case total despite only being about 3x bigger population-wise? Seems I've heard that argument somewhere before...
