kind of goes hand in hand when a team has same coach...for 10 yrs, and said coach doesn't evolve or change things up ...even just a bit.....gets old...and it just doesn't sustain....especially when you stick with basically 90% of the same roster, many aging, and don't allow young blood to step in and carve out a role, or bring new enthusiasm...I've seen it 1000 times before

The roster issues started...the questionable personelle decisions...osh and his biases and stubbornness...and it kept manifesting...till now And all this explains it further Just look at Hamilton...they were in several cups in a row...best record in league...what did they reverse course and become?

With Fox now hurt...a 30 front with Thomas and Or Schmekel would not serve us well...we need some bodies...legit ones not roster place holders

yeah...it would definately be an in house promote for the yr.....I'd promote Patterson tho....smart guy....demands respect....and has some of the old gaurd coaching style in him...He'd be no nonesense but fair, and also a guy not to lean on favorites

casual fan right now....is likely thinking man...Injuries are killing us....and thats not 100 percent wrong either......it's just compounding things, and exploiting the fact we have minimal depth...had no contingency plan in lace, nor enough forward thinking.....and combine that with a poor roster make-up with inadequate back-ups for injured players (Tho Wheat's looked legit) and next game him and Johnson with Schoen, Demski and Woli .would serve us well..I'd like to see Clericus too cutting his teeth with more involvement..well you see how 1 injury can cripple you...and 2..3..like last night killed us

I'd never want it mid season....no point.....and no need for it to be a huge do to even this yr...unless he refuses to change things and evolve....and crapspirals in the same way it has been...then def those talks need to be had

YEAH...he needs topoint out things....He missed some tjhrows he had to have....Those drops were inexusable and killed drives......The slow reaction and in ability to pursue needs to improve....That was a the wrong read/decision...when you stop making guys accountable....you lose your edge as the coach....it's almost now to the point that some guys are so somfy and secure...they not putting it all out there cause Daddy will pat them on the head and send em right back out there These guys are pro's and with that comes the critisism...the the paint peelied off the wall....this coddling and avoidance of things and lack of accountabilty (On the HC) is sickening....

Ford is a returner...was very good at it too....and having played Canadian ball all his life knows what he looking at with general coverage schemes with 12 men...we fail to use him tho. Isaid that earlier too...we had the dline rotation from game 1...we win that game...all those excessive reps too...alsolead to greater chance of injury said same...Johnson lokked the most polished and ready, and even had the look like he had been in the league for a while...another questionable keep...I really am not sure what we look for these past several yrs to determine why we keep...why we discard...if it's this locker room "mystique" and some guys seem more intoit....at the expense of the talent....then maybe the coaches should cahnge their process....unless a guy is just a complete moron....selfish and arrogant prick....they wont survive in any locker room....Think it's time for this FIFO to FO....lets go with BTWP instead...BEST TALENT WILL PLAY

yeah I hear you....but in all actuality we all know that Fox and Haba basically had that job regardless...both should have anyway...so kinda moot.....both should have been on roster last yr...we all know too that even with guys brought in...that Biggie woud be pencilled in at MLB....Kramdi at SAM.....BA at safety and Wilson at WIL and Thomas at DT....regardless if anybody blew the lights out in camp...we had several guys who actually had phenomenal camps, and would have developed into amazing talents...but where are they now...gone...gone...gone....The only way the aforementioned would NOT have got that spot right back from previous yr is if they had a leg fall off...or decided to quit....thats just facts...and how we do business.. some them would have been nice complimentary pieces...limited rotation but none should be eating majorityof snaps...one shouldn't even be rostered

dline being gassed wasnt an issue...ask the players and they wanna be out there for 100 percent of snaps.... ZC was good...gave us a chance to win in a nutshell I'm up! he cant keep engaged...or follow thru until play is done...which usually ends up bad...also just gets trucked right into the backfield all too often.... but we had to have a third guy too for optimu rotation....and where is that guy...especially when Garbutt was put on IR?.... Upshaw totally should have been on the PR Teachers pet syndrome he's a total arrogant smug fella...just like he was on the field...he was also a real prick too....and treats his fanbase and media now like one so to speak.....I have zero qualms with him being gone...10 yrs is a long time to be a HC and we seeing what happens to all overly tenured coaches in real-time right now
