Gray was valuable for his versatility and I'd have been curious to see how he did at tackle. But as an interior guy yeah he left something to be desired.

Honestly think some open competitions in camp and an infusion of youth will provide a spark to the team.

It was needed. Keeping basically the same group together for 5 years (missed covid year included) is unheard of. Good year to reset some positions and at very least build towards 2025.

But also an Argo fan so that alone is worthy of derision, pity and drive by pot shots.

For a Mike Oshea coached team it was embarrassing. And when Grant was out we had of hope of even keeping the field position game close via specials.

There are always value signings later in free agency. I bet we see some of them but mostly new faces stepping in.

any improvement for this team was always going to have to come from the scouting department. Age and cost meant losses were inevitable. Young players coming in is always what was needed and that won't be known until the season starts. Given the history of them finding guys who can play though, I will be optimistic.

Worse passport, less well rounded player... not comparable at all. Another year of high hopes in riderville, another year of disappointment.

Much appreciation for yoshi and all he did... but he's dead to us now.
