  1. And why you go empty backfield when the run is so dominant, make yourself one dimensional to the D...why why why?
  2. Because by the time you run short yardage team on and off the field, 15-20 seconds run off game clock, so now you're 1st and 10 at midfield with 15 or so seconds left. So you have 1-2 plays plus a kick. That's if you get it, if not Ottawa gets the ball at midfield with 30 seconds left. Not worth the risk, it was closer to 2 yards too.
  3. Most importantly protecting the ball, he's had some recent troubles with that vs Ottawa.
  4. One of the big criticisms of him in his last stint here was that he didn't play big all over the field. He works harder on downfield routes.
  5. And the guy who wore a hand towel on his head. Couldn't afford Under Armour I guess.
  6. Well and confusing as hell for casual fans and diehards. Hamilton ball, TD to tie, no wait let's have a review, actually First Down Montreal. See you tomorrow for Friday Night Football.
  7. Maybe if they flub the snap, otherwise pretty impossible, and if that's the rule there's no way teams are going to try to block punts.
  8. Montreal should get all their useless players to retire one by one week after week.
  9. Because the kick crossed the line of scrimmage and the Als player was not onside. It's basically like any punt if it crosses the line of scrimmage even if it was tipped by the defending/returning team.
  10. The CFL sure is good at ruining the on-field product with overbearing rules and subsequent terrible officiating.
  11. Game over on a stupid rule.
  12. **** the kickers, if you can block the kick they might get hit.
  13. And Hamilton gets a chance. Blocked punt + 15 yard no yards. Another stupid play by Montreal.
  14. Hamilton had 3 guys loose to get that kick. Hajrullahu kicking it out of bounds did them in. He could have kicked it halfway to the numbers and Hamilton probably would have scored their TD right there so long as Logan doesn't make the tackle.
  15. Montreal had less guys on the side of the field Hamilton kicked to than Hamilton did. Holy man disorganized. Montreal had two guys deep.
  16. Either TSN's camera angle is weird or Hamilton's slot is always like 3 yards offside.
  17. Way late...just pure stupidity there.
  18. Didn't survive the ground, didn't have full possession before, needed to survive the ground.
  19. Should be running option with Adams, his leverage on the sneaks is brutal.
  20. Actually insane that the Argos cut Van Zeyl...cut Wilder if you need cap space, he's not even an average tailback.
  21. Hamilton's OL is very good. Coombs is getting 5-6 yards before he even has to encounter anyone.
  22. Als needed 7 there.
  23. Maybe a different guy named Greg Ward gets into some trouble an speeds up the process.
  24. For me: Hamilton Winnipeg Ottawa Edmonton Calgary BC Sask Montreal Toronto
  25. The Argos and Als both look far more disorganized than any team I can recall in a long time, like worse than Burke’s Bombers for sure. Crazy thing is that they both have quite a bit of talent. What’s killing the Argos roster wise is Popp’s fascination with size over ability. Popp really lucked into Tracy Ham and Calvino providing him with a career. He’s been brutal when he’s actually had to try to build a team. The Argos and Als did have training camps, right?
