The Riders played it right. Shut the down the run and force Collaros to beat you downfield with his arm. If you don't, we'll punish you on the ground, then take it over the top.

I wrote my question poorly... What I meant was, would Streveler have the option to hold the ball and run it himself or hand it off to the sweeper based on his read?

But is Streveler deciding between holding the ball and handing it off?
