    It will be interesting to see what/if? Ottawa offers Ryhmes now. For argument's sake, let's say Adams was offered 150k. What are they offering Rhymes after his breakout season? I'd bet at least in the 175k area. 1000 yd receiver with garbage QB play. Rhymes is the WR I hope we get if we go after one.

    True, but there is security in knowing that, if you do your job, you likely don't have to worry about you place on the team for a couple of years. Obviously even guys who do their jobs can end up somewhere else, but that is out of your control at that point.

    Yup This is the truth from Darvin though, and why I never get mad at a guy for getting paid: “I was very tempted. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what job somebody has in the organization, everybody is working to pay bills or take care of their family. I’m the same way.     I think that means they are out.

    Compared to last year this year's FA class is a step down IMO. Guys like WJ who bet on himself, signed a one year deal, and maxed out his value will get paid. The next tier is pretty meh.

    Rhymes. I would be surprised to see us go hard after any big FA WR name though. I think they have scouted/signed a couple of guys that they would be excited about to go with the existing group.

    Based on what? He is an over pay. Argos didn't want to pay him, neither did BC or Montreal. No thank you.
