I said it a little earlier, but you are potentially/probably looking at a one year deal and a giant pay cut if your QB doesn't get you the ball. Chemistry is not a given, fit on a team is not a given. Can't blame him at all for getting paid but there is definitely risk here. No doubt. I don't think I have heard many mid-20 year old receivers say it is one place or retire. Love that guy.

He has to want to go there. He sounded really bitter about how it ended, specifically that he was lied to about injury compensation. It is a huge offer, one we definitely won't match. However, I am sure it is only a one year deal and he can expect a big cut next year. Also interested in how his NFL aspirations play into this. Is BC budgeting based on him missing half the season down south? I love KL, and if that is the offer he should take it, but the numbers won't be the same and it is an overpay in our budget. A big one.

I am not sure I would call them rumours TBH. More like verbally expressed thoughts. Kenny Lawler should leave us if it is for 250k. We simply cannot compete with that offer. They will have a super stacked WR group no doubt about that. I can't imagine Williams asking for less than 250k. The Stampeders got a great deal for Begelton. What the hell? I don't remember the knee injury at all. Is it possible he injured himself after the Grey Cup? Just glad he is coming back, if true.

Darby is the play. Moncreif is just a bigger name all things considered. Darby did a phenomenal job.

Putting feelings towards it aside, the bottom line is he can't travel until he is fully vaccinated. And he better get moving on it as soon as he is eligible - because I can't imagine three doses not becomming "fully vaccinated" in the near future.

If he isn't vaccinated he isn't worth talking about. Non starter (in several ways).

He is coming back. No doubt from me. He said during an interview that he just wanted to enjoy everything happening around him and reflect on how he got to that point last season.
