well the Winnipeg Transit website is down, I can't even get through to telebus (makes me wish they didn't shut down the Text service), either that storm this morning caused some sort of outage or it got hit by a cyber attack (those are my theories anyway) and 311 is down too computers and printers are down at the libraries #CityOfWinnipegDown
