I guess it's not the age. He is a hard worker. Great talent. I just don't feel he is one of the locker room voices that people gravitate to. I chalk it up to his inexperience, not age. I don't feel that he has found his "leadership voice" yet. I have heard about BAs leadship, and other veterans, but nothing about BO. But, I am not in that locker room, do I have no clue and this is pure speculation on my part. Also, you could be right.
