Posted November 29, 2015 Report Share Posted November 29, 2015 Reneging on a signed contract is worth suing about because you have a very good chance of winning.By suing for only $50,000 you have a very good chance of settling out of court with the league.But there was no signed contract. Not even a handshake deal. Can an email hold up in court for "a contractual guartantee"? They might offer them something like 30K to avoid the hassle.
