Why not us?

I just do not understand why we are not seeing changes or recruiting in the areas we need strong improvements in. I know many say it is hard to change or add to your roster at this time there are not many players worth while but yet if you follow the other teams.  They always seem to be adding someone that was un recruited to the practice teams with possible potential in those needed areas.

An example is the riders just signing an OL http://www.cfl.ca/article/cis-preview-mcgill-redmen

Meanwhile we are signing overdue vets that aren't in the necessarily most needed spots to our PR whilst we are not developing those types of guys it seems we badly need.

Then you throw in the drives Romby has stopped by completely running the wrong route and you realize how much of an epic failure he has been here and wonder why he's even still on the team. There is actually a couple games we probably would of won if he was simply never signed.

As it stands right now, I bet if you looked at it and balanced out the net yards by Romby between his offensive gains and his penalties, he's likely close to being in the negative.

14 receptions for 154 yards

3 penalties for 30 yards - breakdown: 2 objectionable conduct penalties at Toronto and 1 illegal participation at BC.

Was surprised to hear he had that many yards.

Either way, although he's clearly not as useless as I thought, he's still useless.

I too was surprised but he did get that one good one in that one game that wasn't called back; I guess he would have even more yards if not for the one that was called back.
