China Garden is excellent. As is Phoenix Square.

Our family favorite is Fortune Cooking on St James St. Best beef fried rice and lemon chicken in the city by far.

Hungs Garden on Regent Ave is pretty good too.

4 Seasons on Lakewood Blvd is very popular. Had it years ago and it was good.

Kum Koon is the best place for dim sum in the city(so im told). Not sure about their other food.
