Duly noted: A fact worth noting here: two previous longest Grey Cup droughts in Bomber’s history were ended with victories over the Ticats. The club ended a 17 year drought in 1958 with a 35-28 win over the Ticats and the 1984 victory over Hamilton ended a 22 year absence.

I think fans will take those stats under consideration especially knowing the receivers involved. I think they’re pretty representative. Stats are just that. Stats. Otherwise, you’d go crazy adding QBs, weather conditions, the Rod Black love..etc. What you do with them is up to the individual.

Why is it we feel the need to single out a player for ineffectiveness when we really don’t know what that player was required to do? Especially when our Defence played so well and held the other team to 13 points..and no TDs. That sounds like a Team Defence to me..with everybody contributing. 13 points - no TDs

Well, Hamilton played to defend Harris...not worrying about anything deep, so that doesn’t help us, although maybe we could use that... As to defending, we have to ‘interrupt’ Bank’s route running. Easier said than done, but when you let him coast, he will make you pay. But, if we do ‘interrupt’ him, Evans has to be contained. That will throw off their timing. They work so well together.
