Knowing that the majority of the supportive comments in his echo chamber are probably people that don't even watch the CFL, and never will, is the worst part. What is he going to say when punts go up and scoring goes down? I suppose he will convince everyone that high scoring exciting football is for dinosaurs. Also, let me know when the NFL or NHL look at removing jumbotrons to eliminate the once in a blue moon occasions when the ball/puck hits it and we'll talk. I agree with him. The rule changes this year have been fine, even good. But the changes this year were less potentially harmful, and more importantly, reversible.
