I think it's becoming obvious that they have no idea how they got the top in the first place, and thus have no clue how to get back.

Honestly the Jets are in the same boat. Which environment do you think is more conducive to developing talent? If I work my ass off I have a chance to play. If I work my ass off I have a chance to play a couple shifts on the fourth line if Gustav Nyquist gets hurt. When you run a team like the latter, apathy cancels out any talent you do manage to find.
