Verbal agreement with Lemon ,, probably just waiting until the I's are dotted and T's crossed. Verbal agreement... I remember we had a verbal agreement with Gregg Carr first night of the free-agency in the past, only to find out the next morning that he decided to sign with Edmonton who gave him 10k more than he agreed upon with Winnipeg. Not saying he will not sign with Ottawa eventually, but maybe another (NFL) team gave him a call and shown interest and he will give it another get-go.

I wonder why there's no official announcement from the RedBlacks yet regrading Shawn Lemon's signing.

I don't really know anything about defenses and the pros and cons of it. I read an article yesterday about Chip Kelly and the Eagles preferring a 3-4 defense primarily to stop the run and make their opponents a one-dimension (pass) team. I know this is NFL. Can any people with know-how, expand on the pros and cons of a 3-4 and 4-3 defenses. Thank you.

Agree. Eventually, our D will get tired if our O cant stay on the field. And if our O gave up turnove TDs, the pressure goes back to the D and ST to produce.

If MarcelB goes run-heavy with our offensive schemes (which it shuld be since Riders are thin in LB) this weekend, it doesnt matter who starts at QB.

Hurl starting as MLB is not on Walters though. Walters & company brought in a lot of competition at MLB, Allen was considered to be the frontrunner on that job. Oshea ultimately selected Hurl even though he is a lesser MLB compared to Allen. Hurl is like the Kuale this year, starting because of Oshea's favoritism. Hurl is not ****head like Kuale though and he carries a right passport.

Is Cam Marshall hurt? I don't get it. Walker is the Lightning to Marshall's Thunder. Yes but they're doing it backwards. They like to start with the small fast guy then use the big strong guy later, they should be pounding the big guy early and then when the D is tired burn em with the speed. I'll brought in Doug Berry as Offensive Consultant. At least, Doug Berry has a good protection schemes which is our big problem since last year. IIRC, Bombers surrendered the least amount of sacks in 2007.
