For some reason, Parker, our safety, went to the wrong side of the field. He is not a safety!
-
Unfortunately I think the replay showed that it was correct call.
-
Carrying the ball like Leo Lewis. Unfortunately, he's not a Lewis.
-
At least, we're only down by a FG.
-
Anyone notice the size differential on the td play. Coxie looked like a giant relative to Bonds.
-
We're not looking prepared.....at all.
-
Couple of things. On the Bomber 2nd down play. Sure, the C was put of position but BO also missed that guy and on D, Parker looked lost on that gimmick play.
-
FWIW: Bomber starting receivers: Wheatfall - 6'1", Clercius - 6'3", Case - 5'10", Demski - 5'11", Sterns - 5'8" Stampeder starting receivers: Jones - 6'3", Alford - 6'6", Rhymes - 6'4", Brooks - 5'7", Philpot - 6'0" Bomber starting DBs: Bonds - 5'8", Nichols - 5'9", Parker - 5'8", Holm - 5'11", Bridges - 5'11" Stampeder starting DBs: Johnson - 6'2", Arnold - 6'1", Webb - 5'11", Grant - 6'0", Greene - 6'1" I've drawn some conclusions from the height discrepancies.....

Three guys who didn't play well....hmmm, throw a dart at a roster sheet but here are three who come to mind: #9 Bridges: He was picked on all night. The Calgary receivers tower over our D-backs. #17 Streveler: Will he ever be ready to take the controls? I'm leaning towards No. After that pick 6, I expected Wilson to take the helm but alas no such luck. #95 Thomas: Well, he was out there and he's Canadian. Anytime I see two of our Canadians on the D-line, I give my head a shake. There are plenty of (dis)honourable mentions but they are too many to list. And a 👎 to our coaching staff. The team was ill-prepared for the Stamps. Our coordinators might be in over their heads. P.S. After a couple of years of Sheahan's punts, I still don't get it.

Check out environment canada. Its from the south. I even onformed it ny stepping on my deck. Where the heck do ypu live?
-
So you're saying into the south wind that is happening now and has been from the south all evening. I think youve got your endzones mixed up.
-
I stepped out on my deck, a slight south breeze, less than 10 klicks. Insignificant in my opinion but apparently in real tine it isn't. I stand corrected.
-
He is a terrible punter. What is going on with roster decisions and management with this team.
-
And then throw for 3 yards. Yikes!
-
Why would Collaros throw into double coverage.
-
Interesting, that I'm criticized for saying the wind isn't a factor but no one is calling you out. Just saying.
-
I don't know guys but the field is several meters below grade and with the stands the wind here is not nearly as much if a factor as some think.
-
The wind is not significant now and it will lessen as the evening goes on. What the h-e-double hockey sticks was O'Shea thinking about there to start the second half?

GDT - the Ford bro's vs the other Twin

I realize that Commonwealth is a huge stadium but that crowd is an embarrassment. How can the team, and I'll add the Stamps, too, stay in business with or without fair weather fans. Throw in the Argos and all those empty seats disguised as fans at Mosaic and I think the league is in deep trouble. It seems like it always is but this time...... -

Fans? Looks like friends, families and girlfriends only at the game. The Elks organization leaves a lot to be desired. Stamps are just as bad. Are there no CFL fans in Alberta? -

I've been out of touch for a while but I have a question about Collaros and his suspension. Why has his suspension not been appealed? -

I'm not sure how many snaps, he would get (by rule) per game but , perhaps, Bombers might take (finally) advantage of the "Nationalized American" rule and use Wilson as such. -
The positivity thread (don’t look back in anger)

I like your positivity! -
3 turds plus crappy honker. Long winter edition.

I had totally forgotten about Dolegala. Given his experience and the fact that he has been around the Bombers for a while leading up to the GC and, I assume, is by now familiar with the playbook, he might have been the guy to go in and finish the game. Collaros definitely wasn't that guy!
