But if fajardo cant complete 20 yards plus and their OL cant block not much change will be needed on D. Itd be great too if stove, rocq, and or wilson got healthy. Tough to say. I think hes gonna get an NFL look. If he gets a combine invite he probably goes 5th to 7th round. I think we have a good chance to see him eventually. But he could play a long career in the NFL as a run blocker / goal line guy. I think we have a pretty decent chance to get him at a good time for us. Our first round pick this year Liam Dobson had his first game at his new school texas state. Hes dropped 10 ish pounds and is down to 330. Still a monster of a man. They played baylor who has a good experienced DL. Their qb struggled a lot, and they ran 3 backs 10 times each with 1 doing well and 2 doing pretty poor. Despite all that and a bunch of new guys on that OL they only gave up one sack on the other tackle. (dobson is playing RT) Dobson was dominating in his blocks in both the run and pass game. He pulled a few times and can really fly. Pretty fun to watch. In maine he started 12 games the previous year and averaged 12 pancakes a game.

His hands have been abysmal in his few games this year. Under 50% completion % to him. Other then that its just deeking him self out of a touchdown on the one play today and the brutal fumble. Either he isnt healthy or he healthy and he has significant rust from the year off and missing a bunch of camp. Which is reasonable. I hope he gets it turned around soon. Jackson jeffcoat 5 games, 4 sacks, 4 forced fumbles. And more pressures / hits on the qb than you can shake a stick at. I wouldnt be surprised to see him break the record for forced fumbles in a year this year. Right now hes the front runner for MODP. And 2nd in the chase for MODP is BA.

Youre right on both. WJ took less cash to stay here than what hamilton and toronto offered. I think the only risk of him leaving any time soon is if he can get an NFL deal. And he turns 31 in january. Even though he is 100% an nfl caliber player I dont think an NFL team will grab him at 31.
