i'd still like it if he came out for the acceptance as papa shango. he made the ultimate warrior puke dammit lol. Truth be told i didnt mind the godfather, he just never really did much, 1x IC champ, 1x Tag champ and as far as i know wasnt like stone cold or the rock over with the crowd just on gimmick alone, hell he even dropped it for a bit to join that right to censor faction. Rick Martel and Owen Hart might deserve it more imo

still puzzled by the godfather induction. apparently my enthusiasm for Papa shango wasnt echoed out there, wining the worst gimmick and most embarrassing wrestler awards by The wrestling observer in 1992. Kama was a forgettable gimmick, and while the godfather got a little bit of love for his hoe trains, but a pimp mid carder that was pushed about as much as too cool or brodus clay the funkasaurus. i dunno I'd have swapped those 2 (JBL n godfather). while I never cared for JBL's rich texan gimmick or even his time in APA, he at least held the title a few times

back to guns, when i see junk like this I honestly dont think weapon for mass terror, i think of people with too much time and money on their hands. but i was referring to this more actually thinking about it, it not just guys i know who hunt with a love for guns, my buddy who used to be in the army as a weapons techincian loves this kinda stuff. We seem to be having issues with women being able to even get restraining orders, or them really mattering much lately, I think we just had a 49 year old woman shot down by her ex husband in st.boniface a few months ago (i seem to recall she had a restraining order in place), and some young 20 year old get murdered by her ex despite repeated attempts for a restraining order in fear for her safety a few months before that. I suppose if they confiscated anyone with a restraining order, it would likely be a probationary period as you can argue you pose no threat at some point of non incident, i guess it would depend on the reason for the order and the persons history. but even then people can be creepo's

this is the US, likely more then half the population supports their amendments just for the fact "its their right". you start taking those away and you'll rile up the crazy ones like that armed militia would be happening everywhere. If there is any truth to that population control, and why it's so ridiculously easy to obtain fire arms in the US, then a lot of people and politicians seem to be ready to fight tooth and nail to uphold this constitutional right. I applaud Obama for trying a little at the end of his term, but it really wont matter. **the key to this all, is stricter regulation on licence approval to make it harder for shady bumpkins from getting their hands on firearms. Will it stop them ultimately. not always, but from the times it does, or the hoops they gotta jump thru to obtain them, who knows maybe it'll prevent a few deaths along the way, and thats about all you can do. Just like drugs, people will always find a way if theres a will Thats why i like living in Canada. theres guns out there, but your more likely to get stabbed by your uncle at a northend house party, then worry about your kids being shot up at school. remember when kids used to just settle their differences with a fight?

you'd really compare a tank or a warhead to an assault rifle? are assault rifles deadly? what gun isnt. are all assault rifles used by homicidal maniacs. no. There are plenty of people out there who are fascinated by all the variety of weapons and modifications, that doesn't make them evil people. again, an assault rifle is still a rifle, just automatic and higher powered (tho im not a gun buff, there might be more powerful hunting rifles on a "per shot" range). Is there a gun problem in the US, obviously, but i'd see more truth in Boyz n the hood's mention that its a subtle population control by the government, and there for doesnt really matter what side of the fence you sit on, congress wont change. someone on here i believe mentioned, if Sandy Hook didnt change the gun laws in the US, this isnt even a debate

I think there will be a lot of eyes on Richards and Waggoner this year, whats a realistic expectation for them in year 2 (though richards didnt really play year 1 did he?)

I used to smoke weed, alcohol is 1000000x worse, cigs smell worse but they are not even in the same discussion I wonder if the hesitation for relaxing on pot in the US has more to do with undermining themselves with all the horrible anti weed propaganda they used to spit out to try and spread fear in the futile war on drugs. It would look pretty bad to suddenly be like, oh its ok now, after people have been punished with it like it was coke or other illicit hard drugs. tho FWIW weed in the US and in Mexico is pretty bunk

its still just a rifle, just higher powered and automatic, doesnt mean the one who bought it bought it for anything more then a collection piece and thats where the underlying problem is. Guns dont kill people, people kill people. Some people who own guns for protection buy ridiculously powerful pieces too, but because it's a handgun, most people dont think too much of it

Gun collections are a very real thing, especially for ppl who use them for hunting, i have a few friends with dozens of rifles, bows and knifes. Anytime you have a wide variety of something youll get people starting up collections if its something you iike. There shouldnt be a license difference between owning 1 or owning many, just stricter regulation on who gets a gun period

I didnt watch the fight, but a buddy at the party i was at last night was sneaking off to watch and came back happy and excited McGregor lost, so i looked up a little highlight clip today I guess i would need to watch more of the match to assess properly, but looks like Diaz was the one all busted up, not really mcgregor. they look pretty winded in a lot of this highlight clip tho

I dunno, i just cant see Jennings wanting anything less then what Lulay is making if he's going to be the #1. its a legitimate argument to say the back up (Lulay) shouldnt make more then the starter (Jennings). not sure, they only posted an old pic with Hill and Tatum with the news about it being a go aned a mix up with MIB sans Smith and Jones. righting a wrong done with spider-man 3. lets hope they studied up and learnt that someone like topher grace was a horrible selection for eddie brock the first time around This would be a movie if done right, id be excited to see. as a kid I loved reading the Spider-man & Venom vs carnage comics, i know the video game was called Maximum Carnage, but I think the comics were different as there were several villain symbiotes of different colour fighting along side carnage. Venom was by far my fav spider man villain but Carnage was right up there too. please dont **** this up sony lol

Sony has apparently green lighted a 23 jump street-Men in black cross over, but with no will smith or tommy lee jones. set to be directed by "The Muppets" James bobin. I liked the jump street movies, but i dunno if this news really excites me

well i guess i need to brush up on my robins, apparently there is a female ginger robin in the DC universe, Carrie Kelly. I suppose thats what all the hooplah is about, whether Malone is Barbara Gordon or Carrie Kelly cuz she dyed her hair red. but barbara gordon as batgirl makes more sense imo, cuz batgirl kinda picks up the left over crime when batman and robin are busy, which at least in this Batman will be fairly busy

However, the R-rated “director’s cut” not only includes new footage, it includes entirely new characters, including a mysterious one played byJena Malone that was cut from the theatrical version. Malone’s casting caused a bit of hubbub last year with folks theorizing she’d be filling the role of Batgirl or maybe even Robin, but Snyder asserts no one’s guessed her character yet: IMDB has her as Barbara Gordon (rumored) who is batgirl, but hells no to robin. I cant really think of who would be out there for female roles involved with the justice league other then Wonder woman and B-Lister Black Canary. I dunno why this is even in news though, if they were able to cut her out of the theatrical release but she'll be in the R-rated DVD, she clearly doesnt have much/any impact on the movie
