Besides, it's his base... of course they are going to see that as sketchy as hell (because it is), but these same people are willing to look the other way on the 100k suppressed documents.

So he can get competitive coordinators in place. I like MOS' coaching style. I like the fact he exhusts the amount of opportunities given to those he sees promise in.
