I love that part in Mic'd up where Banks is complaining about taking too many touches, and then on the next Sweep- the speed and penetration the D line got to just crush Banks.

I still can't get over how crazy awesome that 2019 Play-off Defense was. it must be one of the best in... well at least this millennium. 2019 Play-off D > Swaggerville Play-off D. I mean... They took it to another level in the Grey Cup. They Bullied the Ti-cats. Like Men vs Boys. Let's partake in a poll and then hash out our favourite moments of that Play off run.. Where to start? -The dismantling of the perrenial Elite QB in the WSF? -The scores of goal line stances and redzone rejection in the WF? -Beating the living **** out of the Ticats in the grey Cup? Perfectly encapsulated when Jefferson just tosses Speedy "Aww coach not after three plays in a row" Banks? Or in the dying minutes of the game, The Great Dane misses the hand off side and then proceeds to drop and turtle?

That was more on the Defense than the Offense. Offense did well- but that D... holy ****... That Defense going into the play offs... was Otherworldly.

I' am starting to think that Lapo's Offensive schemes and plays were very creative and far from predictable... I think it was his play calling.

I would be OK with Buck as OC, but I can still be a bit concerned with the rookie bumps that will entail.

I think the fact we are a run focused offence has more to do about being last in passing... IIRC, we were 1st in rushing... I think Lapo had just little a bit of a hand in the successful run game... And yes the defence was better than Championship calibre, but the offence needs to put points on the board in order for us to win. Our D > O, but the Bombers played complimentary football- all three phases... gosh that playoff run was beautiful... I am not saying we won the Grey Cup on the back of our Offense, but they still managed to put up 30+ on two very good teams and enough to win in a grind it out defensive battle. Give credit where credit is due. Lapo is not the greatest OC there ever was, but he's pretty darn good.

Could work out with Collaros... doesn't his Wife work on southern Ontario?

I would like to see: Buck to OC, Collaros as Qb1a Strevs as QB 1b And Nichols as QB coach. I think a room with Collaros, Buck and Nichols would churn out some really nice plays.

Milanovich is making 750k in the NFL as QB coach... Edmonton is rumoured to have approached him for the HC job... With everything that is going on with him... I don't think he will settle for an OC role with us... Even if we are the..... ******* GREY CUP CHAMPS!!!! Damn- that does not get old! lol

I'm sure that Lapo and O'Shea had that conversation. I would think they would be up front, courteous and honest with each other.
