anyone else seeing an error in the chat?

I go in there and it claims that the IP chatroom limit has been reached and I can't join the chat until some users leave. But the status on the bottom of the home page says that there is no one in the live chat.

 

I don't know what's going on but I would like to be able to do live chat when preseason starts in a couple of weeks (and I have already tried using a different computer I get the same message, and I already tried logging out and logging back in)
