It almost cuts another car on the bridge in two! Amazingly, they did find 19 survivors in the wreckage. Dashcam footage captures Taiwan plane crash: What is happening over there in the last year.. Speculation is that the left propeller was not spinning as fast as the right so they think engine failure. From what I understand, that is not impossible to pull out of but requires very specific action on the part of the pilots and they would have needed speed to maintain lift.
