yup....maybe this is the defensive turning point for this yr like BA a few yrs ago...Moving Houston into a spot with Rose....Nichols is best there is...Taylor is solid as there is is and I think we moving to seeing a Ford and Rene 6th db theme and in game injury replacement, especially if they are going the route with Mcrae on roster, or another import receiver for depth....and that to me makes great sense, and more than fne with the 2 canadian cutting their teeth with live reps.....Also if Leggs keeps gaining confidence and getting better and better his dual role as a Canadian opens up and allows us to not waste a DI on a kicker....I am more than sure Mourtada will sit and be happy on the PR all yr in case of emergency

Man that Ottawa center was bad...I'd almost go as so far to say those snaps may have cost them the game...messed up Masoli and timing on at least 4 occasions...could have been difference. Rourke battled for sure...but film is piling up...pressured he makes bad decisions...typical for a 2nd year guy...and he needs to learn to self preserve running...he's not a running back and is gonna get killed. Like any QB they should take advantage of busts and he did about 5 times against T.O and again tonight...if he doesn't get that then he performs the quick short pass game as bread and butter...but teams will start to feast and bottle that up and then we will see what he has. And again...a typical Lapo called game...good enough to just lose.. So based on points against after 3 games and TD's allowed...I guess WPG is top defense now? And they just getting rolling...next week's game will be interesting and I sure entertaining...hope the BC fans show up

yup...u need to get a feel and in a rhythm...and also get yourself game acclimated....alternating possession's at least the first 1 to 2 quarters would be the best...and then roll with whoever is producing...even sets with both on at same time....as then they cant key on any specific guy. And not sure why some say Augustine couldnt take full reps...he not big enough...he plenty big enough and would thrive with 12 to 15 touches a game minimum....Roberts had no problem taking full reps....and he took a lot of abuse too game in and game out, and many a game took over in late 4th quarter and we grinded out wins and killed the clock...the narrative Johnny couldnt do it is just plain dumb...and late in a game...with a lead....put em both out there to kill a game.. also Johhny's blocking is more than adequate...and not a concern...coaching has even said so....posters maintaining that stance obviously not watching...or know what to watch for, especially not knowing the individual blocking scheme and or assignment each play....and if they are that much of a savant and guru I wish I had their knowledge and know ow all these yrs

YUP Masoli stays healthy and they can get any run game going...they will be tough and have to be favorite in east....Powell even tho old as time should help them, and also gives Masoli a reliable outlet in pass...and we know how Lapo loves that. Rourke....yup...he hasn't seen any real pressure or anything beyond a basic defense....and against T.O they didnt even see a defense....that was bizzare.....under pressure and not able to make his first or hot read, and have to change his launch point will be a different story, and am also not sold on the Lions O-line yet either...but I said from pre-season I did see them as a possible torn in the side and a play-off team...they will go as Rourke develops, or regresses and comes back to normalcy....which he will.....I can see the West as Bomber, Stamps, Lions, Riders and Elks....and the East shaking out as Ottawa, Hamilton, Montreal and T.O...too many mercs and individual performers on T.O and guys who just dont seem to give an eff...if they do a serious reset they may be a 2nd place team but I wouldn't hold breath on that

Ottawa will in the end take 1st in the east...they have a pretty good defense....did last year until they got wore out, and if Lapo doesnt Lapo them into no killer instinct on offence....i see 10 wins there
