at this point the team has to decide. cut Buck and go out of his shadows. he's the JINX.
After today, no point keeping him anymore. But that OL is as bad as I've ever seen & they have to share equally in this **** show. Why no new OL being brought in??? Until the 5 up front start doing their jobs, it's pointless offensively.
Agreed. I know its hard to find NIs but finding a new tackle to replace Boatman should be doable.

Buck played poorly again. Hung a duck up for an easy pick 6. Slow decision making, poor passes.
-
Here I thought they pulled him for subpar play. Silly me.
-
Out of that list, the only one I'd want is Tom Higgins.
-
I saw a game in Toronto 4 years ago. Clearly since I am still here to type it, I didn't meet up with "The Scarf" and company.

7 turnovers and you win. unbeliveable.

Second Als QB looks good.

Wasn't impressed with Neiswander last week. That said, who knows maybe he surprises. Looking at the OL and D players missing I can see it though.
-
Nfl draft scout has him at a low fourty time of 4.22
That's pretty fast.......the question should be, why isn't this guy involved more in the offense with wheels like that.
Crowton had no clue about offense?

I'm going to go with Glenn had a bad year in 2008 and was owed about $250,000 up front in 2009 before he took a snap. Good decision at the time, not so much in retrospect. Would be nice to have him here now but that's more a function of the poor quaterbacking we have had in the last 5 years. We're all at the point that we would take an average QB who threw for 3500-4000 yards with 20 tds.
$50,000... not 250k
Seem to recall it was $50000 by the mid february or March and then $200,000 if he passed his camp physical.

McEvoy has 18 years experience, O'Day has 2. Rather go with the former. My choice is Higgins but Miller needs to do a proper search. Let Walters build his skills. Oh and hire more scouts.

Glad its Hall and not Buck. As many others have said would rather see the young guys get a shot to play and develop than watch a guy who won't be here next year.

Asper's "poor job on the Stadium" is why we have a Stadium right now.
He runs the successful Creswin.
Some people just hate for the sake of hate. How dare that family be successful and wealthy. They suck!
Assuming I don't like rich people? I have nothing but respect for Mark Chipman, the Richardsons, Thompson. Not impressed with how the Aspers have handled things since Izzy died. Don't think David did great with the stadium. However just an opinion. Do feel we need a new board.
-
So if your brother has a business go sour we can assume you're inept?
He runs Creswin. Is that not a successful business?
Lots of reasons for the downfall of CanWest and many people will point to Izzy's rapid expansion, not the leadership of Leonard. But CanWest has little to do with this issue.
He and his siblings are living on Dad's name and have been unssuccesful on their own. Throw in the poor job on the stadium and as others have said his fanboyness and I don't want him running the team.
-
Asper has a ton of contacts but he's not a successful businessman. Given the track record he and his siblings have established over the past decade I don't want them involved with my team.
-
I'd take a whole new staff. I'd like an OL coach who really helps guys develop someboy like Kris Sweet (not saying hire him just that type). An OC with experience. A dedicated QB coach. Umm yeah basically a competent staff.
-
Given his background at very small schools, why would LaPo want Delmonanco? Why not promote him last year or hire him before Barressi?
-
Overdue as he should have been fired last year.

Taj Smith wide open

I'd be shopping Watson and Poblah for trade during this season. I don't think Poblah will succeed here, and I don't think Watson is going to last much longer, at least as an elite level player. He's one of those guys who is never really healthy, even when he is "healthy."
If we can get a 1st or 2nd round pick for either I'd take it. Montreal has nothing at NI receiver and are probably going to make a push since Calvillo is near the end.
Agreed.
So who would you keep in terms of 6 NIs?
-
Anyone know why Simpson was so po'd and took himself out at the end of the fourth quarter ?
I'm assuming he was just frustrated, but I didn't see what actually happened.
Hall hung him out to dry on a pass.
-
I'd protect Greaves and Swiston on the OL, Watson and Kolhert at receiver, Henoc and pick the 6th.

If Boultus is Marcel's answer then Marcel is yet another problem. Ditto Walters.
