Ford hasn't put together one TD vs zone coverage. Rush 3, have the strong side end spy and follow Ford, be ready to cut him off if he runs and get hands up. Play classic cover 2 behind that, two deep safeties. He can't get the ball through those windows and you're ready for the deep shots too.

Collaros should wear his jersey and a pair of golf shorts, sit in the front row behind the Bomber bench downing beer and crunching peanuts.

Well the sport is about everyone executing their job and he sure as hell wasn’t anywhere close to it in that game on all fronts. Maybe if he doesn’t swing a punt right down the seam that gets returned into our end for the Argo TD “drive” we don’t need the kick at the end.

Was frustrating that there was no real competition. They knew Liegghio struggled to do all 3 jobs the year before. They kept Mourtada around but sorry that guy was a joke at this level. Nowhere near good enough as an American to play as a kicker. And in the end it cost the team. Liegghio blew it with poor punting and placekicking in the biggest game. Maybe his punting would have been fine if that was his only job. Powell looks alright. Not super athletic or decisive in getting out of the pocket, but good arm, reasonable decision making with arm. Defense looked absolutely stupid coming out in man coverage vs Ford letting him both run all over them and hit the deep shots. 2nd half went more zone and Ford did basically nothing. Not a lot of compete on that Hamilton D vs the run.

That's pretty obviously a satirical account

Elks four games after this one very winnable. Sask and Calgary better watch out.

Liegghio having the game Hajrullahu had here vs Edmonton that ended up with Castillo being the kicker for the rest of the season in 2015.

Shouldn't be mystified by the wind in your own stadium as a pro kicker. Bad look.

Too bad this one televised in US. They cut off the feed 8 mins ago.

They waited on it. Could have been almost through the 3rd quarter by time it hit.

Need to tighten up that policy. Seem to be delaying in advance of storms. Until mid-2010's you'd never see a delay unless the power was out or lightning right on top of stadium. Now it's like 18 km radius which is way too much obviously.

Hamilton gets some momentum and Steinauer immediately kills it. 9 seconds left on the 12...gotta take a shot at the endzone with the way this game has gone. Even use a timeout,.

Powell can't read ****.

Powell reminds me a lot of Alex Brink trying to play QB. Just frozen in the pocket but locks his eyes on the rush which is GAME OVER for a QB.

Hamilton almost exclusively in Cover 0/1 vs a QB playing soft toss out there. What the **** are they doing?

I also don't understand why you would pull maybe the best running QB in the league off the field for short yardage. Teams are so stuck right now on running that wedge play that they miss opportunities to do the kind of stuff Lapo did with Streveler.

Tell Liegghio it's not the Grey Cup!

Great coverage on that one.

Hamilton looks like they haven't considered that this QB will run every damn play on this first drive.

Doesn't have to dress to fit on the plane. Should list McCrae as the 3rd QB since you can have two of them on the field at the same time now. Put another American on.

I'm not too sure what advantage film on Brown will give anyone. He ran the Bombers offense with no limitations. His read fakes are a bit more impactful on the rushers/backers because he's not always looking to boot right away and he might actually run himself. Other than that pretty much the same as Collaros. Guy can make every throw, they aren't trying to shelter him at all. A little more sturdy in the pocket and willing to hang in there which might be his youth and not taking so many hits as Collaros has over the past decade.

I think the D has been searching for that spark all year tbh. Hasn't been more than a 3 quarter street fight outside of the BC game here when Collaros blew their doors off.

He basically never played special teams here until the game here vs Edmonton when he got bumped down the depth chart. Parker is also a guy that can play every spot down to SAM in the secondary. Return kicks to some extent, don't really trust him with punts, but also a weapon as the wide contain on punt team with our funky punter.

No reason why they couldn't drop to 3 DL and play 7 DB's too, rush backers, rush DB's. Have a bit more speed out there. Play a 3-2-7. Bring Alexander down, play 2 high safeties and just sit on top of everything. Calgary mostly after YAC, don't go vertical much. On the returner front...would be nice if they brought a guy or two in for a PR look. Grant should be back but do you want to line up in November with McCrae or Parker on punts? Not me. Good time to trial some guys with Grant out long-term just in case you don't have him when the games REALLY matter.

Szott's in his 3rd season and on his 5th team. Only 4 more for bingo. Ottawa Montreal Winnipeg Sask Hamilton
