    I can't see anyway Osh is let go this year 4 straight appearances pretty well cements his standing with the team. Management does need to get in his ear about personnel and how it might be time to move on from a few vets.

    The hardest part of coaching is letting go players that you went to war with and won games and championships and that has happened to Osh, it's been the downfall for many a coach.
