Because they will be lousy team with or without Hank. A couple legit receivers and I think they'd be a pretty good team. Pretty good might be an overstatement, but I don't think they'd be terrible again. Their receivers last season were awful. What sucked for Ottawa last season was DeMarco getting hurt.
