International Ads?

I have noticed recently that I am getting a lot more ads in different language on this site... 

One in Russian, one in Japanese... and on in Ukrainian? I that it was odd... Is this Ambrosie's CFL 2.0 initiative coming to fruitition? Or the fact where GOD DAMN GREY CUP CHAMPS?

Any one else notice this?
