I was  at that Pitts game where he broke Gardners jaw. He had it coming.  Smail was taken off the ice in a daze, surprised he didn't break his neck!

The Jets I think were down a man and they sent Jimmy out to help kill the Pitts pp? I knew something was about to come down the pipe and it was 2 shots.

I don't think he ever played in Winnipeg again and the fans booed when it was announced he was not starting the next time Pitts played here.

Mann was a fighter. If he had any kind of real offensive skills he had chances to show it but never did.
