Agreed, Popp and his self-absorbed wanna be star receiver are totally undisciplined, and show no respect for the CFL. Truly disappointed with 2 former bombers (Stegall and Dunnigan) condoning Carter's childish behaviour by condoning his actions and trying to turn it back on Rick Campbell. Shame. Koodos to the entire Ottawa team for not losing it and teaching the punk some Canadian manners. If the TSN panel cannot be more critical of this kind of behavior, they shouldn't even comment on it. We owe no special treatment to Carter. There have been too many  great star receivers in this league to make excuses for a punk.
