What's worse for bomber fans is 2 of these spots can be reserved for players who have accrued no more than 2 years of experience (as opposed to players who have accrued no more than 1 year of experience). That means guys like Bilukidi and Mulumba, who previously would have had to make an active roster in the NFL now are eligible to be thrown on the practice roster this season.
