Site Issue

I couldn't find the thread where to post issues with the site.  

I noticed that the expanded/condensed toggle doesn't seem to function anymore.   I've tried this on 3 different computers ,  using both Windows /  Linux and with Chrome and Firefox.       Is anyone else having this first world problem that I'm experiencing?  :)
