Figured it was worth a shot... Tickets to this weekends game in Edmonton?

Edmonton Boston Pizza's..offer ticket and bus to the game for $35. I live close to the Whyte ave BP and will be there for a beer before the game.

You can call any location and put your name on the list. I went this route last year when the Bombers were here and was happy with the tickets.

If you don't want to take the bus 45min before the game..the LRT (UofA) is a 5min walk from the BP's on Whyte..drops you right in front of Commonwealth.

Lets go Blue...can't let the cast off Bowman hurt us. The new Esks RB Bell is tough to tackle..sports radio here is all over him..am worried he will expose the LB's. Hurl might go from getting run over to danced around.

Thanks, I am aware of Ticketmaster, my friend wants really great seats and we were about to jump on the stubhub ones, for $160 Cdn is pretty steep, so figured I would check here anyway..

But really thanks Tmoney for the insider info!  I'll look into those, we have to make our game plan to get to the game so the train tips are much appreciated!

I have gone with the bus tours(30 from the 4 point Sheraton), also I have just walked up to the gates in edmonton and bought great tickets for very cheap from either ticket master or just from scalpers. This year I already had tickets from a Father's Day present but I am jumping on the bus from the 4 points Sheraton for $10 because I have tickets. If I'm not mistake Robyn, we are from the same town and there is a few of us from back home going on that bus.

Sounds good.  If anybody can provide FREE tickets with transport and accommodation (meals non-vegan preferred) in Edmonton I would be very grateful.  I'm saving up my money for a new truck and a red hot poker.

Not sure where you got that I wanted free, or even discount tickets from.  More than willing to pay face value... just with all the printable tickets crap I'm nervous about getting them from scalpers. ETA - and would prefer to buy from people I at least somewhat knew.

Not sure what this is what he was asking. Is a stretch to accuse him of asking for handouts.

Nice work jumping on a fellow Bomber fan who is looking to support his team on the road.

Suggest you keep it to yourself if you don't take the time to read the original topick.

Seriously low brow to attack someone for an information request.

No worries Robyn, the post was not directed towards you in any way.  Just trying to antagonize a "rift" for the hellovit.

I should clarify.  The rift is between the "Socialist Sap-Suckers" and the "Capitalist Sap-Savers" who believe that their sap is somehow being sucked by ungodly requests for freebies.

It's all good.

It's looking like we'll be in section S about 10 rows back.  If anyone still needs tickets and wants great seats, calling the Eskimos ticket office is your best bet (better selection than Ticketmaster).  Same thing goes for Bomber games.

Also, huge shoutout to the Bomber ticket office for getting back to me (twice) when I asked if they had any spare seats from the Edmonton fan trip (which sounds like it was cancelled? bummer).

Fan trip was way too expensive. It was like $900 per person and being on the team charter you hardly get any time outside of the game (I think it was like three hours at the West Edmonton Mall). I'm renting a car and driving it and it's more than half the cost.

Agreed - I saw the cost and I'm not surprised it was cancelled. That's why I thought they might have seats available for the game only!  Haha.

Yeah, I tried asking if the meet and greet would be open to the general public. I was told the next day the meet and greet had to be removed from the itinerary, after that it was only the game and the mall LOL.
