What do people think of Watchmen?  I just got the last two episodes and bits of previous ones.  Seems interesting.  I know it’s a sequel to the comic and not the movie but I thought the movie was brilliant (just watched it again) and there were some elements of that tv show that could have “sequelled” the film in cool ways.

I loved it. Finished the last episode last night. Very odd but very cool. You'll go on some weird, wild journeys during season 1 but everything fits together.

It could be the best show on TV right now, IMO. I need to watch Season 1 again to absorb everything.

well then I hope you guys enjoyed it because I don't think the show runner wants another season, but then again they said Big Little Lies wouldn't be back for season 2 either, but then do we want HBO to be greedy? *cough cough* True Detective *cough cough*

hmmm I hope this means they're making room for the upcoming Nancy Drew series, even if it has to be a mid-season replacement

and it looks like Mad About You is going to be revived after all....but on a streaming service I'm don't think Canada has access to

https://tvline.com/2019/03/06/mad-about-you-revival-spectrum-originals-premiere/

well I was wrong, it's going to air on CTV Comedy

and a little heads up E! is going to be airing a Mad About You marathon next week

yeah it's TCA week

https://tvline.com/2020/01/08/modern-family-series-finale-date/

https://tvline.com/2020/01/08/young-frankenstein-live-abc-musical-event/ (well this could be fun I've only seen like the beginning of the film...oh wait this is the stage musical adaptation)

This is impressive but then again this is a special Jeopardy event

The Supermarket sweep revival will air on ABC

Went to Popeyes here in Calgary this evening to get dinner. Totally underwhelmed. Chicken wasn't very tasty. Man, I thought KFC was expensive!

This is what was funny about it coming to Winnipeg.....  people made such a big deal but it's so average  in flavour and what made it good in the States is how dirt cheap it was.... those prices did not carry over to Canada.

I NEVER would have paid those prices normally but I wanted to try it so I bit the bullet & despite my misgivings I paid what they wanted. But never again. Eight pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, order of fries & gravy. $34.00!!!
